About the job

Join Ambrook in transforming the financial landscape for family-run businesses across America.

As operators in American agriculture and industry grapple with escalating challenges from extreme weather, soaring input costs, and volatile markets, the need for sustainable investment solutions has never been more critical. Our mission is to empower these businesses by providing them with the necessary financial tools to thrive.

Ambrook is dedicated to rebuilding the financial infrastructure that independent operators depend on. We eliminate bureaucratic paperwork and outdated systems, offering modern solutions for accounting, banking, invoicing, and spending. Our platform is designed for those who spend more time outdoors than in the office, delivering the insights they need to make informed investments in their operations and futures.

Our clients are the backbone of the real economy, and we are committed to helping them build resilient businesses that can withstand the test of time. Having initially focused on farmers and ranchers, we are now rapidly expanding to encompass other sectors of American industry.

As a Series A startup supported by prominent investors such as Thrive Capital, Dylan Field, Homebrew, Designer Fund, and BoxGroup, we are on the lookout for passionate individuals to join our team in navigating the complex interplay of industry, climate, and economy.

Your Role

We are establishing a growth engineering function aimed at accelerating Ambrook's revenue through innovative product experiments and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. In this role, you will spearhead initiatives to drive measurable growth across acquisition, activation, and retention metrics by conducting experiments, developing instrumentation, and enhancing our commercial team's efficacy.

This role is defined by a data-driven approach to growth engineering. You will learn through action, sharing successful outcomes, and quickly moving on to the next experiment. As a member of our newly formed growth engineering team, you will help shape our experiment cadence while collaborating across marketing, sales, and operations to uncover and leverage growth opportunities.
