Your Role
Join our dynamic engineering team of approximately 40 skilled professionals, including talented individuals like Mihai, Belinda, Arya, and Wei. You will work within small, autonomous teams focused on solving customer challenges. Key responsibilities include:
Reporting & Experimentation: Develop systems for analyzing and visualizing extensive data sets related to agent performance. Empower agent developers to conduct A/B testing to inform data-driven enhancements.
Data Exploration: Create Explorer, a powerful tool that combines the capabilities of ChatGPT with AI-driven clustering for conversational data.
