This position emphasizes hands-on involvement and significant ownership: you'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end features throughout our tech stack, collaborating directly with research and product teams, and influencing the practical application of our technology for users and partners alike. As we enhance our go-to-market strategies, your engineering contributions will play a vital role in both user-facing products and intricate integrations with various platforms, tools, and enterprise collaborators.Key ResponsibilitiesDesigning and maintaining our innovative products leveraging cutting-edge generative AI models for audio and music.Take full ownership of delivering end-to-end features across both front-end and back-end systems, while also guiding the trajectory of the features and products you develop.Engage closely with our research and sales teams; stay attuned to user needs, identify practical opportunities, and convert them into actionable engineering tasks.Utilize our existing tech stack effectively: TypeScript, React, Tailwind, shadcn, and Convex for backend development.Implement essential cloud services—primarily AWS Lambda and S3—for seamless integrations, automation, and deployment workflows.Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) to expedite processes while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.Foster clear communication with team members, actively participate in discussions, and collaboratively drive the technical direction.Ideal Candidate ProfileA minimum of 5 years of professional web development experience, ideally in dynamic product or startup environments.Proven expertise in front-end frameworks such as React and back-end technologies.Strong understanding of cloud services, particularly AWS.Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.A passion for technology and a desire to contribute to transformative projects.
