Can thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing startup environment. Possesses the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues. Essential qualifications include:12 to 18 months of software development experience. Proficiency in Python and Django. Experience with API-based architectures. Familiarity with MySQL and MongoDB. Solid understanding of Git and GitHub. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (degree requirements may be relaxed for exceptionally skilled candidates).
