Your Role in the Team
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Publisher Activation team based in Ghent. This team is focused on creating new integrations and tools to assist our clients, the publishers, in utilizing our measurement technologies.
You will directly engage with native browser APIs on the client-side to gather essential metrics for our measurement services. On the server side, multiple components further process the requests initiated by our client-side scripts.
Our technology stack is designed for scale and reliability. We utilize GitLab for version control and collaboration, powered by CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) for our deployment pipeline. Tools such as Grafana and Prometheus provide real-time system visibility, while Google Cloud Platform and Cloudflare offer our serverless infrastructure. We store our data in BigQuery and employ testing and security tools like Ox, Jest, and Playwright. Additionally, we leverage AI coding agents like Claude, Copilot, and Cursor to accelerate our development.
As a Junior Software Engineer Intern, you will participate in our team's daily activities, including standups, engineering discussions, and code reviews. You will collaborate on ongoing projects and have the opportunity to oversee a project from inception to completion. This role is hands-on, requiring you to write code and tackle complex problems. You will employ agentic AI workflows to enhance your productivity and will be assigned a mentor to guide you throughout your internship, ensuring a rich learning experience.
