Key Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Experience:3–5 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar technical roles;Demonstrated experience in deploying monitoring and observability solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or equivalent tools;Proficiency in microservice-based and event-driven architectures. Technical Skills:Deep understanding of metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting principles;Experience in development using Java, Python, or other enterprise-level programming languages;Ability to convert business and stakeholder requirements into scalable monitoring architectures. Language Proficiency:Excellent command of English.

We are seeking a talented Software Monitoring & DevOps Engineer with extensive expertise in developing user-centric monitoring systems and crafting observability frameworks. This position entails the design and architecture of comprehensive monitoring solutions that cater to the requirements of internal clients and business stakeholders.

  • Lead the deployment of user-centric monitoring systems that deliver real-time insights into application health, performance, and reliability across various digital platforms;
  • Define and implement observability frameworks, encompassing metrics strategies, logging standards, dashboards, and alerting guidelines aligned with both business and internal client requirements;
  • Design end-to-end monitoring solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of internal stakeholders, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and maintainable over the long term;
  • Work in close collaboration with software engineering teams to instrument applications and services, facilitating high-quality telemetry and actionable insights;
  • Support microservices and event-driven architectures with robust observability practices, including distributed tracing and event monitoring;
  • Engage in hands-on development tasks (using Java, Python, or equivalent languages) as necessary for instrumentation, integration, or proof-of-concept initiatives.
