Qualifications
Responsibilities:Lead teams on complex small to medium-sized projects or significant segments of larger projects. Manage scope initiation, definition, change control, and work breakdown structure (WBS). Oversee project planning activities, including definition, sequencing, estimating, assigning tasks, and schedule management. Identify and analyze risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure the execution of quality assurance and testing activities. Engage in pre-sales activities to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions. Prepare and review responses to Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), contracts, and statements of work.
