In this vital position, you will analyze architectural floor plans to provide accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates. This role is best suited for individuals with an exceptional attention to detail, strong estimating capabilities, and a background in construction or design-related fields. Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret floor plans, blueprints, and drawings.Conduct accurate quantity takeoffs and develop cost estimates.Utilize Square Takeoff, Excel, and Buildertrend to document and manage estimates effectively.Collaborate with project managers or clients to clarify details and ensure precision.Deliver organized, professional, and timely outputs.Essential QualificationsStrong ability to read and interpret floor plans.Demonstrated experience in estimating and takeoffs.Proficiency in Square Takeoff, Excel, and Buildertrend.Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Effective communication and time-management abilities.Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home environment.What We Offer 100% Remote Work – Enjoy the flexibility of working from home.
