Your Role:
As a Software Technician, you will be instrumental in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of business applications created using AppSheet. Collaborating closely with development and operations teams, you will ensure the optimal functionality and performance of client-facing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support for existing AppSheet applications.
- Assist in the creation and upkeep of AppSheet apps tailored to business requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to data synchronization, user access, workflows, and formulas.
- Manage and manipulate complex Google Sheets data integrations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to enhance app usability and performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and version control for application changes and configurations.
