Work closely with project managers, developers, business analysts, and end-users to keep testing on track. Coordinate the end-to-end testing process across teams and stakeholders to maintain quality and meet business goals. Communicate risks, issues, and test results to stakeholders in a clear, actionable way. Use test execution metrics (such as execution rates and pass/fail rates) to track progress, spot challenges, escalate issues, and support improvements. Defect management Log all defects thoroughly, including steps to reproduce, environment details, severity, and supporting evidence. Work with business and technical teams to prioritize defect fixes based on business impact. Coordinate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of defects. Track defect status through all stages: open, in progress, resolved, retested, and closed. Facilitate defect triage meetings to review and prioritize fixes.
