TEAM

The Global Quality Assurance (GQA) team, a vital part of the Product Quality department, plays a crucial role in maintaining software quality for safe mobility solutions across Woven by Toyota, Toyota Motor Corporation, and its affiliates. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, secure software that supports Toyota's transition into a software-centric automotive manufacturer.

The GQA team develops standards for audits and assessments, formulates audit plans, and carries out evaluations. Become part of a dedicated group committed to ensuring software safety and quality within the automotive domain.

You will report to the head of the Process Management (PM) team within GQA and work on a hybrid schedule, spending 3 or more days in the office.

Role Overview The Final Eye Specialist (Quality Assurance Specialist) at TransPerfect works at the heart of quality control. This role is based in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Japan. The specialist reviews documents at the final stage, making sure every detail meets both TransPerfect’s standards and specific client requirements. Attention to detail, time management, and clear communication with production teams are essential for success in this position. Main Responsibilities Check projects throughout their lifecycle to confirm they meet TransPerfect’s quality standards. Study and follow client specifications closely to ensure expectations are met. Proofread documents thoroughly, verifying accuracy in names, numbers, grammar, punctuation, and compliance with client guidelines. Use reference materials such as style guides, glossaries, and other documentation to support quality checks. Work with Project Managers to clarify project details and client needs. Offer constructive feedback and document any issues in Compliance Reports for Project Managers. Deliver completed projects through the client’s preferred platform, making sure all required files are included. Take on additional tasks as assigned by management.
