Determining optimal locations and orientations for solar panel installations.
Conducting wiring installations for solar systems, including panels, inverters, and batteries.
Understanding and applying cable sizing for DC/AC systems.
Performing regular maintenance tasks on PV systems, including panels, arrays, batteries, and inverters.
Maintaining accurate records of system operations, performance, and maintenance activities.
Supervising larger solar installations to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Procurement Responsibilities:
Coordinating the arrangement of necessary tools and equipment.
Choosing appropriate sizes, ratings, and placements for overcurrent devices, grounding equipment, and surge suppressors.
Product Handling:
Programming and configuring inverters and controls for optimal performance.
Identifying and rectifying deficiencies in PV system installations and wiring.
Testing voltages to ensure compliance with operational standards for power conditioning equipment.
Reading and interpreting user and technical manuals effectively.
