Anaplan Overview
Founded in 2006 in the UK and currently headquartered in the US, we provide SaaS products that support a new domain known as 'planning operations'.
The Japan office was established in 2016 and has grown to over 100 members. As our performance is strong and our customer base expands, we are in a phase of organizational growth and actively recruiting.
Job Responsibilities
Support the implementation of our cloud platform to aid client business planning (from conceptualization to implementation).
Specific Duties Include:
- Gathering requirements through discussions with clients about their existing systems and business challenges, followed by designing, building, testing, and implementing system models tailored to those requirements.
- Implementing systems using Agile methodologies.
- Handling data integration and migration.
- Communicating progress and updates with internal and external teams as well as clients.
Qualifications
- Experience involved in the entire implementation process from the upstream phase of IT and system conceptualization to execution.
- Experience as a project leader.
Desirable Experience and Skills
- Background in accounting or supply chain management (SCM).
- Experience in business application software areas (planning, analytics, BI, etc.).
- Experience with ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, or other business application implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud services.
- Experience with EPM or planning/budgeting systems.
- Comfortable reading and writing in English.
(While platform documents are in English, as long as you have the willingness to engage with the language, it is acceptable. Additionally, there are opportunities to use English in meetings with APAC members, making it an attractive international workplace for those looking to leverage their English skills.)
