Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical consultant to customers, identifying their needs and recommending optimal solutions, while ensuring there is adequate support for implementation.
- Guide both prospective and current clients through their digital transformation journeys, simplifying complexities and addressing potential technical challenges.
- Advise on enterprise architectures and platforms to successfully deploy complete solutions leveraging Sumerge’s tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to remain informed about industry trends and to enhance Sumerge’s offerings.
- Partner with the Sales team to explore additional business development opportunities within client organizations.
- Assist in responding to requests for information, quotations, and proposals alongside the Account Manager, providing customer training as necessary.
