The Role -
Job Overview:
Neo4j is on the lookout for a Solution Engineer dedicated to facilitating client success within our US Public Sector initiatives, while also identifying and nurturing opportunities for deeper engagement with Neo4j technology. Our Solution Engineers are customer advocates who possess expertise in Neo4j best practices and serve as trusted technical advisors for our esteemed clients.
Your main goal will be to oversee and provide necessary support to ensure the technical success of client projects utilizing Neo4j, managing multiple clients at various stages of their journey with our technology. You will focus on achieving key outcomes, including minimizing time to value and maximizing product adoption of Neo4j. Ideal candidates should be adept at collaborating with project deployment teams, troubleshooting or escalating issues related to technical configurations, engaging with customers about their needs, and working alongside colleagues in a distributed team environment.
