Your Role as a Solutions Architect
As a Solutions Architect at Cape, you will spearhead engagements with federal clients, leveraging your deep understanding of the privacy and security challenges we address. You will collaborate with business development, engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our offerings align with client needs and are delivered effectively to those engaged in mission-critical operations. This role requires individuals who possess high ownership, creativity, and a solutions-oriented mindset, ready to tackle complex challenges head-on.
Your Impact
Lead customer engagements, actively working with clients to grasp their challenges and implement our technology solutions.
These interactions will primarily occur across the EU as Cape collaborates with U. S. federal customers in the EUCOM AOR.
Build relationships at all levels of seniority, gaining insights into the ground-level challenges we are addressing while navigating bureaucratic hurdles to clear pathways for success.
