As a Solutions Architect at 1Huddle, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by enhancing Enterprise Solution Sales. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and the executive team to ensure a seamless understanding of enterprise implementation requirements for the 1Huddle platform deployment. This position requires a hands-on technical consultant adept at both solution delivery and positioning throughout the sales cycles.
Your Role Involves:
- Assisting sales teams in qualifying customer needs through thorough discovery processes.
- Engaging across the sales lifecycle to acquire strategic customers.
- Serving as a technical and domain expert for the client-facing sales team to support platform sales.
- Leading discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and providing product demonstrations that align our solutions with their goals.
- Responding to product feature and technical inquiries from customers and channel partners.
- Conducting standard and tailored product demonstrations for prospects and existing clients.
- Creating product demo scripts and maintaining demonstration environments.
- Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Value engagements with potential clients.
- Responding to Requests for Information/Proposal documents.
- Staying updated on product developments/releases to ensure effective demos and POC/POV.
- Identifying, defining, and scoping all enterprise integration requirements in collaboration with sales and development teams.
- Providing valuable feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can address customer needs and add further value.
- Sharing and learning best practices and reusable assets related to enterprise implementation deployments to improve quality and efficiency across all clients and integration platforms.
- Keeping abreast of competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Supporting marketing events such as executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
