Identify and escalate risks, scope changes, and resource gaps, providing strategies to keep the project on track. Maintain ongoing communication with agency stakeholders to align on expectations and confirm readiness at each stage. Ensure all documentation, deliverables, and approvals are complete and compliant before moving through stage gates. Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), define test approaches with subject matter experts, manage test cycles, and drive sign-off for deliverables. Support rollout and transition for agencies, coordinating with enablement and hypercare teams to ensure successful adoption. Contribute to statements of work (SOW) by clarifying scope, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and out-of-scope items. Assist with change orders and scope expansions, documenting impacts and securing stakeholder approvals. Operate with a client-focused approach, ensuring billable engagements are managed efficiently.
