Position Overview

We are in search of a remarkable Solutions Engineer who will play a pivotal role in expanding Infisical's customer base while ensuring a smooth product experience from onboarding to long-term success.

In this impactful, customer-facing position, you will collaborate closely with our CEO, sales, and engineering teams. Your contributions will be essential in facilitating organizations' adoption of Infisical through showcasing technical benefits, overseeing successful implementations, and promoting product utilization across various accounts.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting proof-of-concept demonstrations with potential leads, guiding customers through the onboarding process, and recommending best practices tailored to specific architectures and use cases.

  • Ensuring that new customers are successfully activated, satisfied, and have all their inquiries addressed.

  • Becoming a trusted technical advisor to both customer and business leaders.

  • Collaborating with account executives to lead product demonstrations and discovery calls.

  • Engaging with customers daily to identify friction points and opportunities for workflow enhancements, understanding their needs, and providing input for the product roadmap.

  • Analyzing the user journey to inform the UX/DX roadmap.

  • Hosting webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions for customer stakeholders.

  • Enhancing documentation and public-facing materials based on customer feedback.

In summary, your role will be a key component of our team as we aim to scale to thousands of customers within the next 18 months.
