Key Responsibilities:Pre-Sales Leadership: Collaborate with Account Executives to manage technical discovery and present compelling product demonstrations to enterprise prospects. Solution Design: Create customized solutions that integrate Maxima’s AI platform with complex accounting environments, accommodating multiple entities, ERPs, and workflows. Technical Discovery: Conduct detailed discussions with Controllers, Finance Systems, and IT teams to identify requirements, data challenges, and integration needs. Enterprise Integrations: Work alongside Product and Engineering to define and communicate integration strategies for systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, and Workday. Proof of Concept Execution: Set up demo and sandbox environments that reflect customer use cases and highlight Maxima’s automation and precision. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, and Implementation to guarantee a smooth customer journey from demo through deployment. Customer Advocacy: Collect and relay feedback from enterprise clients to influence product strategy and roadmap priorities. Thought Leadership: Stay informed on industry trends to ensure Maxima remains at the forefront of innovation.

This role is perfect for individuals who excel at the intersection of technology, finance, and narrative building. You will engage in comprehensive technical discovery, design advanced solutions, and deliver impactful demonstrations that showcase Maxima’s AI capabilities and their real-world business implications. Collaborating closely with our Product and Engineering teams, you will help shape our product roadmap based on valuable customer insights, ensuring our solutions meet the intricate needs of large enterprises.
