We are on the lookout for a talented engineering manager to join us in leading our expanding team.Your ResponsibilitiesTake the lead in developing and managing user-facing applications for our camera product, overseeing both frontend and backend engineers within your team.Engage actively in coding and prototyping new features.Motivate your team to craft highly polished and engaging user experiences.Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver features that delight users and customers.Ensure accountability in driving project execution.Work in partnership with other engineering leaders to define, communicate, and achieve goals, priorities, and processes.Your QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of experience in managing, leading, and inspiring engineering teams, including responsibilities for hiring, retention, and performance management.At least 5 years of experience in software engineering roles.Proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies.Experience working in an agile software development environment.A keen eye for design, product details, and refinement.Familiarity with at least one server-side framework and one database management system.A degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field.Willingness and ability to work onsite five days a week.
