Eusebi’s is a contemporary classic Italian restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. Our menu features hand-made pasta, small plates, and authentic dishes from Italy, crafted with the finest ingredients and refreshed every season.
We are seeking a talented, skilled, and passionate Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. At Eusebi’s, we prioritize Training & Development as a core aspect of our culture, providing staff with unique opportunities such as trips to the vineyards of Sicily and the islands of Pantelleria and Franciacorta to enhance their culinary knowledge and skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of prior experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a high-quality restaurant environment.
