Join our dynamic culinary team as a Sous Chef in Kuwait, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head Chef to ensure the smooth operation of our kitchen. We are looking for a talented and experienced individual who can supervise kitchen staff, uphold food quality and consistency, maintain hygiene standards, and actively participate in menu development.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of Commis Chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure food preparation and presentation adhere to our high company standards.
Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, taste, and portion control.
Monitor stock levels and assist in the procurement of ingredients and supplies.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
Train and mentor junior kitchen personnel.
Manage food costs effectively to minimize waste.
Step in as acting Head Chef when required.
