Position Overview
As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering high-quality beauty and wellness services, including massages and facial/body treatments.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining personal hygiene and appearance standards in accordance with company guidelines.
- Promoting and selling treatments to hotel guests and providing guidance.
- Ensuring hygiene and safety standards in wellness areas are met.
- Communicating effectively with hotel departments and team members.
Qualifications
- A degree from a recognized institution in Aesthetics, Physiotherapy, or a related field.
- Proficiency in the English language.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional treatments (such as waxing, manicure/pedicure).
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Certification from specialized massage technique seminars.
