Join Raffles Bali as the Spa & Wellbeing Manager and lead the Spa and Wellness operations across our esteemed resort. Your mission will be to ensure that product quality standards are met while delivering exceptional service to all hotel guests, aligning with both the resort's objectives and business goals. You'll oversee all aspects of the spa facilities and treatments, continually aiming to exceed guest expectations.
As the Spa & Wellbeing Manager, you will play a crucial role in human resource functions, including staff selection, training, counseling, and recognition programs. You will ensure adherence to performance standards and guest service protocols, enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include managing the budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, overseeing capital expenditures, supporting the Wellness program, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Collaboration is key; you will work closely with team members from various departments to provide an exceptional resort experience while maintaining relationships with external vendors and trainers to enhance wellness activities for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and organize the Spa and Wellness team to ensure the well-being of all guests, adhering to budget constraints and established management protocols.
- Plan, direct, control, and coordinate all wellness personnel activities.
- Oversee the operations of the Spa department, including Fitness and The Shop, ensuring the property is in excellent condition and all equipment is well-maintained.
- Develop a diverse and appealing Spa menu with timely updates based on guest needs.
- Stay informed of local and international spa trends, recommending new treatments for continual improvement.
- Create personalized wellness and fitness programs for in-house guests based on individual profiles and needs.
- Manage the retail Shop to ensure high-quality luxury items are available and accounted for at all times.
