Qualifications

Genuine passion for working with children with autism. Demonstrated patience and compassion, with strong teamwork skills. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and pass a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the last year). Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Ability to perform various physical tasks (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds. Bilingual in Spanish is required.
