Requirements: Must be passionate about helping children with autism Exhibit patience, compassion, and strong teamwork skills At least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, as well as pass a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the past year) Successful completion of a pre-employment background check Physical capability to perform duties (sit, squat, bend, etc.) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Bilingual in Spanish Additional qualifications (not required): Experience in roles such as Behavioral Technician, Teacher’s Aid, Tutor, CNA, Caregiver, or Home Health Aide

In this fulfilling role, you will work closely with children with autism, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the communication, social, and daily living skills of our young clients.

We are seeking individuals who are not only enthusiastic about helping children but also possess the patience and compassion necessary to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you are fully equipped to support the needs of each child, regardless of your previous experience. It’s important to note that working with children can be unpredictable and may involve physical activity. You should be comfortable engaging in various physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
