BASIC FUNCTIONS
As a Specialized Maintenance Technician on the 3rd shift, you will play a critical role in identifying trends and analyzing equipment issues. Your responsibility will include making necessary adjustments to manufacturing equipment, identifying root causes of problems, and implementing corrective actions.
Our manufacturing maintenance team leads the way in maintaining assembly and machining machinery to ensure optimal performance. You will utilize a variety of measuring, testing, and software tools to troubleshoot, modify, and repair mechanical and electrical linear systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, presses, PLCs, cameras, scanners, and more.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams
• Manage spare parts, optimize preventive maintenance schedules, and keep process parameters updated
• Identify best practices and develop standards based on available information and expertise.
• Adhere to plant safety and environmental policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Utilize plant systems such as SAP, MES, OPCON, Promaster, and Tableau.
• Leverage IPN resources as necessary
INTERACTION
This role requires interaction with Operators, Operational Technicians, Special Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, and Leadership.
