About the job
Join our dynamic team as a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care within our specialty pharmacy management services. This hybrid position allows for flexibility, with 1-2 days remote work and 3-4 days onsite in Manchester, NH.
We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive pharmacy technician, preferably registered with the state of employment. While national certification as a CPhT is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling them to foster strong relationships with patients, clinicians, and internal staff at Shields. We seek individuals who are results-driven, exhibit a positive attitude, and are focused on delivering high-quality patient care and service. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential. You should be approachable, professional, and comfortable interacting with others both in-person and via phone. Reliability, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team are crucial.
In this role, you will provide integrated support to both patients and pharmacists, ensuring a hands-on approach to quality patient care. You will work closely with patients to deliver comprehensive medication adherence support using various tools and applications, while encouraging patients from specialty clinics to leverage our superior pharmacy services. As the Pharmacy Liaison will be stationed in one of the medical center clinics, seamless integration with the clinic team (including doctors, nurses, and staff) is vital for success.
