Qualifications
Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, scheduling, performance evaluation, and personnel management, addressing issues like absenteeism and turnover. Oversee staff onboarding, training, quality assurance, and the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Generate regular and ad-hoc business reports as per client specifications. Facilitate operational process enhancements, identifying workflow challenges and implementing improvement strategies. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure timely resolution of issues, aligning GSOC Operators and Shift Leaders with strategic objectives. Provide hands-on support for GSOC operations as needed. Qualifications: A college degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a GSOC environment, particularly in program management or supervisory roles. Strong proficiency in office software and exceptional technical writing skills. Experience in data analytics with a problem-solving mindset. Adept at understanding and addressing client needs. Capability to develop and manage programs, prioritize tasks, and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Familiarity with global risk event monitoring, open-source intelligence (OSINT), security systems, and incident response protocols. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
