Key Responsibilities:

Travel to clients’ homes to deliver personalized therapy sessions.
Document therapy visits and maintain communication with families and case managers for updates.
Utilize and enhance provided resources to tailor therapy approaches.
Commit to treating a diverse range of speech and language disorders.
Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans with measurable short and long-term goals.
Adapt to various situations while collaborating with supervisors and case managers.
Submit paperwork within a 24-hour timeframe and uphold patient record confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
Engage in regular communication regarding therapy progress with families and case managers.
