Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for Teletherapy!
We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide exceptional teletherapy services to adult clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
Document therapy sessions and communicate effectively with families and case managers to share progress updates.
Utilize and enhance the therapeutic resources provided by Soundly Speaking in your sessions.
Collaborate with clients, families, and case managers to deliver personalized therapy that meets individual needs.
As a leading provider of IDD therapy in Texas, we are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of our clients aged 21 and older.
We offer both in-person and teletherapy options, and we expect our SLP-Assistants to:
Treat a broad spectrum of speech and language disorders.
Implement comprehensive treatment plans aimed at achieving both short-term and long-term goals.
Adapt to various situations and work closely with supervisors and case managers.
Submit paperwork within a 24-hour timeframe.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations.
Engage with families and case managers regarding therapy progress.
