Position Overview

The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) will operate under the guidance of the Associate Director of Speech-Language Services, providing essential support to elementary students from transitional kindergarten through 5th grade. This role encompasses the screening, evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of various speech and language communication disorders, including but not limited to articulation, fluency, voice, verbal and written language skills, auditory comprehension, and cognitive communication. This is a full-time position based in San Jose, CA, where you will develop and implement tailored speech and language programs as outlined in Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs) while contributing to the wider Rocketship community. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
