Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personalized therapy sessions in clients' homes, ensuring tailored approaches to meet individual needs.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of therapy visits and actively communicate with families and case managers to provide updates.
Utilize and adapt provided resources effectively in therapy sessions.
