We also extend our services to sectors such as Tourism, Retail, and Sports.Additionally, our Car Traffic Remote Monitoring product is endorsed by several Tier 1 clients, including BMW.Role OverviewIn your role, once our products are deployed on client sites, you will be responsible for evaluating their performance to ensure proper deployment and configuration through a blend of automated and manual assessments. Collaborating closely with product and delivery teams, you will ensure that Outsight products meet the standards set by customers, regulators, and business owners.You will also develop comprehensive documentation, processes, and tools to facilitate acceptance activities during deliveries and assist the delivery team in analyzing the results.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningEstablish the customer acceptance test strategy post-delivery, including scope, objectives, types of tests (user, contract, regulatory), resources, and tools for all major Outsight product features.Create a detailed test plan outlining timelines, resources, and deliverables.Convert requirements into measurable acceptance criteria.Design & ImplementationDesign and execute automated and manual performance evaluations of Outsight products (primarily utilizing Python scripting).Identify, maintain, and enhance the hardware and software tools necessary for acceptance testing.Facilitate execution alongside customers and the delivery team.
