The Branch Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in realizing this vision at the local level by delivering superior rental operations, ensuring seamless service coordination, and providing a consistently customer-focused experience. As the on-site leader, you will drive operational excellence, enhance team performance, and elevate the overall customer journey in your city, acting as the essential link between global standards and local execution.
The Role
The Branch Operations Supervisor is fully accountable for the daily operations and performance of the city depot. This position requires a hands-on approach (60–70% of the time) while also holding clear managerial and financial responsibilities.
You will lead the local team, manage depot costs, guarantee efficient fleet turnaround, and champion continuous operational improvements. This role is not only accountable for execution but also for achieving results. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you will ensure the depot operates at peak performance, focusing on cost efficiency and customer satisfaction every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive performance of the city depot in both Rental and Servicing;
- Lead, supervise, and develop the local operational team, including planning shifts and providing performance feedback;
- Act as a culture setter and lead by example;
- Monitor daily KPIs and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
- Assess and enhance vehicle availability, stepping in to conduct repairs as necessary;
- Manage depot cost efficiency, including consumables and rework prevention while enforcing disciplined cost control practices;
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments;
Practical Requirements
- Ability to lift or move light to moderate items (10–15 kg) and remain active across the depot for extended periods;
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions;
- Willingness to work during weekends, holidays, and peak periods to meet urgent operational needs;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments;
- Strong hands-on operational capabilities, ready to engage in daily depot workflows;
- Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing diverse responsibilities effectively;
