Your Role
- Collaborate with leaders across various functions including FLOPS (Finance, Legal, Operations, People, and Supply Chain) to tackle significant business challenges, focusing primarily on People systems, technology, data pipelines, and large-scale Security and IT projects.
- Implement best-practice solutions through process enhancements, configurations, and custom developments to drive scalability and operational efficiency.
- Engage with FLOPS engineers and stakeholders to design, build, and deploy engineering solutions in line with FLOPS deliverables.
- Facilitate and direct cross-functional requirement workshops to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, identifying functional scope while recognizing unspoken or conflicting needs to instigate meaningful change.
- Document current processes, pain points, and assumptions regarding business systems, continuously identifying opportunities for workflow optimization.
- Leverage your experience to propose improvements in development, maintenance, and system standards to enhance user experience and ensure long-term scalability.
- Develop lightweight technical solutions utilizing your skills in Python and JavaScript.
