Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable ManagementOversee the complete Accounts Payable process, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing. Handle approximately 30–50 invoice postings daily. Manage the AP email inbox (100–150 emails daily) to identify and organize incoming invoices and documentation. Utilize Bill.com for processing invoices and payments. Ensure accurate integration and reconciliation between Bill.com and NetSuite. Confirm payment statuses by verifying whether invoices were paid through NetSuite or Bill.com. Maintain organized and well-documented A/P processes. Vendor & Payment CoordinationTrack and manage vendor records and payment terms. Handle two primary categories of payables: general overhead and recurring expenses, and subcontractor payments related to project deliverables. Verify project payment statuses in NetSuite before issuing subcontractor payments. Accounting Support (Growth Responsibilities)As you grow into the role, responsibilities will expand to include:Bank reconciliations. Inventory tracking assistance. Vendor management and documentation. Transaction review and reconciliation. Support broader accounting operations (end-to-end).
