Qualifications
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to learn quickly and operate independently with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with strong spreadsheet skills. Familiarity with accounting information systems; experience with Blackbaud software is advantageous. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Commitment to confidentiality and integrity. Strong mathematical capabilities. Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude, motivated, and a team player. This position is not available for remote work.

- Execute month-end and year-end financial closures while preparing journal entries and financial statements.
- Facilitate and manage the annual budgeting process alongside producing monthly budget reports.
- Establish and uphold robust accounting controls.
