The Squarespace Domains Growth team is seeking an experienced Frontend Staff Software Engineer to spearhead significant initiatives and formulate the technical strategy for our platforms. We cater to millions of Domains customers, an inspiring community of dreamers, entrepreneurs, and professional users eager to establish their online identities. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing products that have a direct and measurable impact on our users' success.
As a key member of the Domains Growth organization, you will contribute to building essential capabilities within the domain space. This includes creating Front Site Landing Pages for Squarespace Domains, optimizing domain search functionalities, exploring reseller opportunities, crafting pricing strategies, and enhancing cross-sell and conversion processes for both premium and expired domains. You will closely collaborate with engineering, product management, and design teams to construct systems that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and conversion rates. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our New York City office three days a week, reporting directly to the Domains Growth Engineering Manager.
