We are on the lookout for a dynamic and high-performing Project/Industrial Engineer with extensive aerospace experience to spearhead the industrialization and factory readiness initiatives for next-generation aerospace hardware. This individual will act as a pivotal force for leadership, focusing on tactical constraint removal, workstation and line setup, metric-driven process optimization, and the seamless introduction of engineering design changes into the production environment.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adept at navigating design, manufacturing, quality, and operations, and will thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments. We value floor-forward, results-oriented leadership.
This position is based in Arlington, TX, and requires a willingness to work extended hours and weekends as necessary. Occasional travel may be required.
