About The Role:

As we ramp up production of our cutting-edge Midnight 1.0 aircraft and innovate the next-generation Midnight 1.1 platform, you will join our Manufacturing Design Engineering (MDE) team to seamlessly integrate aircraft design with production processes.

In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the manufacturing strategy for aircraft assembly and integration, acting as a technical leader to define and scale Archer's aircraft design and production, guiding the journey from prototype to early production ramp.

You will collaborate across various teams, Design, Quality, Supply Chain, and Certification, to establish best-in-class manufacturing solutions for both current and future aircraft platforms.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define the manufacturing strategy for aircraft assembly and integration, setting build plans and methods for next-generation aircraft programs in the design phase.
  • Lead the development and execution of scalable manufacturing processes for aircraft, transitioning from prototype to production.
