We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in New Product Introduction (NPI) to spearhead the design, validation, and execution of our next-generation biometric wearable devices. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented engineer with exceptional problem-solving capabilities and a passion for mechanical design. You will excel in a dynamic, results-oriented environment and will be responsible for delivering innovative mechanical design solutions utilizing sound technical judgment. This role includes mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Electrical Engineering, Embedded Engineering, Manufacturing, Product, and Program Management. You will also engage with our global suppliers and contract manufacturers to oversee engineering validation builds, ensuring high-quality outputs, effective engineering risk management, clear upward and external technical communication, and a steadfast commitment to product excellence.
