Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions, particularly in complex systems and user interactions. Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design concepts and decisions. Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of AI and data-driven design is a plus.

This strategic design position focuses on enhancing the foundational elements that enable RapidSOS to design, develop, and evolve intricate, high-stakes products with clarity and confidence. You will spearhead significant cross-portfolio initiatives while defining systems, standards, and governance that facilitate effective scaling within our design team. You will address ambiguous, high-impact challenges, crafting systems and experiences that are dependable, scalable, and optimized for critical decision-making, while establishing design standards, patterns, and practices that elevate team performance and maintain quality over time.

Collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design leadership, you will define the integration and experience of real-time data, mapping, and AI-driven intelligence across our platform. This includes shaping the way AI enhances human decision-making during emergencies.
