Product at Brex
The Product team is pivotal to Brex's mission of empowering employees everywhere to make informed financial decisions. Our in-depth understanding of the business landscape allows us to pinpoint and address the most significant opportunities for Brex. We are responsible for harmonizing cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Design, on critical decisions. Our team sets strategy and drives product initiatives from conception to launch, facilitating rapid growth for Brex and supporting our customers in reaching their maximum potential.
What you’ll do
As a Staff Product Manager at Brex, you will work at the nexus of product strategy, technical expertise, and business impact. You will define and lead a multi-quarter strategy within one of Brex's most vital product domains, spearheading initiatives that significantly influence the company's direction.
Your responsibilities will include identifying high-impact challenges, framing them with precision, and mobilizing cross-functional teams to achieve substantial improvements in customer value, revenue, efficiency, or distribution.
You will collaborate closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and GTM, influencing decisions beyond your immediate team and raising the standard of product thinking throughout the organization.
Where you’ll work
This position is based in our Seattle office, and you are required to work in the office at least three days per week on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Employees can work remotely for up to four weeks each year, with each remote stint lasting a minimum of one week.
