The Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) Team

At ISPM, formerly known as Spera, we are at the forefront of identity security innovation, delivering comprehensive solutions that tackle the complexities faced by contemporary organizations. Our platform equips security leaders with holistic visibility of their identity landscape, mitigating risks, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.

We are looking for a skilled engineer to join our exceptional team, dedicated to pushing boundaries and achieving outstanding results in identity security.

This position requires in-office presence four days a week.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer within the ISPM team, you will be instrumental in developing our cutting-edge platform. Your contributions will significantly influence the success and performance of our product. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

Leading the design and architecture of scalable, high-quality software while implementing best practices in software engineering processes.
Elevating engineering standards by enhancing methodologies, producing exemplary code, comprehensive documentation, rigorous testing, and effective monitoring.
Collaborating with product and R&D engineers to transform product requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Diagnosing and resolving technical challenges and performance bottlenecks.
Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies for continuous product improvement.
Mentoring team members and fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications

A minimum of 8 years of experience as a software engineer in a fast-paced environment.
At least 5 years of programming experience with Python, particularly in backend development.
Proficient in software architecture and design principles.
Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technical excellence.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
