The Role:
We invite passionate Staff Software Engineers to join our mission in redefining the lending landscape. You will lead the design and implementation of vital capabilities for our next-generation financial services platform, ensuring our members are empowered to control their financial destinies. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading design and implementation initiatives across various system domains to drive cross-team impact.

- Enhancing the engineering maturity of the organization by upholding quality, reliability, and security standards.
