Your Impact on Our Mission
As a Staff Software Engineer on the Marketplace Growth team at Zocdoc, your role will be pivotal in turning innovative ideas into reality. You will rapidly prototype, iterate, and deliver high-impact experiences that enable patients to discover and access healthcare. You will take ownership of systems that drive Zocdoc's user acquisition and engagement, ensuring our top-of-funnel experiences are stable, scalable, and high-performing. This includes enhancing our SEO infrastructure that supports thousands of patient-facing pages, refining provider profile and practice page designs for seamless and trustworthy experiences, and developing AI-driven systems that introduce intelligent ways for users to learn about Zocdoc. You will collaborate closely with Design, Product, and Marketing teams to align on strategies, deliver measurable impacts, and continuously improve patient-provider connections, all while fostering a culture of technical excellence, mentorship, and innovation that positions Zocdoc at the forefront of healthcare technology.
