RequirementsKey Skills:- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAN and NAS administration.- Strong knowledge of storage protocols (iSCSI, Fibre Channel, NFS, SMB/CIFS).- Experience with enterprise storage platforms (NetApp, Dell EMC PMAX/Unity/VNX/PowerScale, HPE 3par, Pure, Hitachi).- Proficient in backup and disaster recovery technologies.- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).- Strong understanding of network infrastructure.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Performance Optimization:
