As the Store Floor Lead at Sur La Table, you will be pivotal to the retail store's success by inspiring our customers at every step of their culinary journey. Supporting the General Manager or Store Manager, you will help achieve sales and operational goals while ensuring exceptional in-store performance as the Manager on Duty (MOD). Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

· Oversee the sales floor and manage daily store operations as the Manager on Duty (MOD).

· Provide real-time coaching and feedback to improve team performance and engagement. Communicate any performance issues to the General Manager or Store Manager.

· Assist in the onboarding, training, and development of new team members.

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

· Embodiment of Sur La Table's brand and culture by creating engaging, educational experiences that foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat visits.
